~Chef recreates the magic with a special menu~
Master Chef Dong Long, along with his team of highly skilled chefs at The China Kitchen, Hyatt Regency, Delhi, each of whom is a master craftsman in his own right, celebrates Chef Dong Long’s revisits and creates a special menu by bringing in the authentic flavors.
The special menu combines classic Chinese dishes with flashes of contemporary technique, plus a large range of meat-and-fish-free dishes to cater to many vegetarians.
From Shredded chicken with wild rose sauce, Roasted Duck breast, Crispy porcini mushroom, chili sauce to Pan fried black cod fish with black truffles amidst others; he is ready to transport you to China. Guests can opt for à la carte or choose set menus with signature dishes.
Our favorites from the menu were Roasted duck pancake, crispy porcini mushrooms, wild mushroom soup. The way in which Chef tried to inculcate various textures with mushrooms in the menu was a stand-out on the menu.
